I can't say enough good things about Troy and the folks over at Neal Inspections. I'm in the process of buying my first house and had literally zero idea where to start when it came to home inspections. While filling out the online application, Troy actually gave me a call before I had even finished and asked if I had any questions. He helped set up the appointment without even needing to finish the form and told me I was welcome to be there for the inspection. His inspection was very thourough - he checked every outlet in the house and covered every nook inside and out, making sure to point out anything he saw that was noteworthy. He even offered me water as it was insanely hot out! His inspection report was full of photos and great detail on things that needed to be taken care of to make the house perfect. The folks at Neal even offer a 90 day warranty on certain parts of the home that are inspected, as well as a concierge service to set up your utilities when you move in. How cool is that? Overall I would say I'm completely satisfied with my experience. The price I paid I feel definitely gives me piece of mind that the house I bought will be as good as it's claimed to be. Neal Inspections has done several inspections for my clients and are truly professional in all aspects. Great communication from start to finish. Will with Neal Inspections made our first time home buying experience an absolute pleasure! I spent hours researching companies to do our inspection as the company my relator recommended could not get us in in time. I ended up calling Neal Inspections due to their 5 star ratings on Google. I must have spoke to half a dozen companies but settled with Neal Inspections because Will took the time to answer my questions, showed me an example inspection report (which was awesome!), and unlike the others, discouraged me from adding extras such as a 4 point inspection or wind mitigation test as our soon-to-be home was fairly new and he did not see any reason to include these. He did advise me I could add the wind mitigation report if my insurance company gave me a credit for it, but told me I should find out first before paying the extra money (he was right, the insurance company already gave us this credit as our home was only 10 years old). Will really put me at ease - not to mention he asked us a few questions which qualified us for $75 off our home inspection (military discount amongst others :)). Will arrived on time for the inspection and meticulously went over every nook and cranny. After the inspection, he sat down with us and gave us a verbal run down of everything he identified and gave us the opportunity to ask as many questions as we wanted. He was patient with us and even gave us tips and tricks to increase the longevity of our home. We parted ways around 5:30 pm, and by 9pm he had emailed us our full report. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We will be sure to not only recommend our friends and family to Neal Inspections, but also hire them again in a few years to re-inspect our new home. Thanks so much, Will!!

After the recent hurricane in Florida, I needed to have our roof replaced. I knew we needed to make sure we made the standard for Miami Dade county wind mitigation standards to receive a discount on our insurance. Neal inspections was recommended to me. Am I glad I did. William from Neal inspections did a very thorough job and was fair in his judgement of my roof. We passed. Now with his certificate, we are going to have a very nice savings every year on our insurance.

I read some reviews and said. I'm gonna give try this company out. Wow !!!! Best decision I've made in a while. These guys came out. Spent almost 4 hours going through the home I'm buying. They didn't miss a thing. Sent me pictures and videos of EVERY THING THEY FOUND. If your buying a house. And you don't hire his company to inspect it. You made a mistake. Most honest Couple of guys I've met. They did up and beyond what I've had other inspection companies do when I've purchased a house in the past. Last one spent 2 hours. Told me everything was good. I had a roof leak first rainy season. So that's why I tried someone new. And VERY GLAD I DID. Great job guys. If I buy another house. Hope your still around.
